These terms govern your use of our Slow the Flow program and services, including how we communicate with you about your pet's spay/neuter appointment. By enrolling in the program, you agree to these terms.
What Slow the Flow is
Slow the Flow is a free spay/neuter assistance program serving Cuyahoga County, Ohio. We help connect pit bull owners with low- or no-cost surgical appointments at participating veterinary clinics and we cover the costs of the procedure.
Enrollment is free. There is no obligation to complete an appointment after submitting your information.
Using this site
This site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enrollment in the program. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Text message communications
By providing your phone number during enrollment, you consent to receive text messages from Slow the Flow at the number provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and program-related follow-up.
Message frequency: Varies. Most participants receive 2–5 messages per appointment cycle.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.
For help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at slowtheflowfixes@gmail.com.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel your enrollment in the program.
Your information
We collect and use your information only to coordinate your appointment and communicate about program logistics. We do not sell your information or share it for unrelated purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
The Slow the Flow program and website are provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and reliable communications, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that all scheduled appointments will be fulfilled by participating clinics.
To the extent permitted by law, Slow the Flow and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program or use of this site.
