What information we collect
When you enroll in Slow the Flow, we collect the information you share with us so we can help coordinate care for your pet. That may include your name, phone number, email address, your pet’s name and basic pet information, and appointment details you provide during enrollment.
We only collect the information needed to help move your dog through the spay/neuter assistance process.
How we use your information
We use your information only to coordinate spay/neuter appointments, send reminders, confirm scheduling details, and follow up about assistance connected to the program.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes.
Text message communications
"By providing your phone number and completing enrollment, you consent to receive text message reminders and program updates from Slow the Flow regarding your pet's spay/neuter appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance."
Data sharing
If your pet is assigned to a participating veterinary clinic, we may share the information needed for scheduling with that clinic. That sharing is limited to helping arrange the appointment and related follow-up.
We do not share your information with unaffiliated third parties for unrelated purposes.
